Tom Poljak is the sole owner of Black Bear Fundraising, a company he has led for over 25 years, helping hundreds of groups raise millions of dollars. A lifelong resident of Western Pennsylvania, Tom has deep roots in the community. In addition to his work with Black Bear Fundraising, he is the publisher of Golfer’s Lifestyle Magazine and was the longtime host of ESPN’s “Tom & Tom” Golf Show, which he co-hosted for 15 years before the COVID pandemic. Currently, he produces and owns the “Tom & Tom” Golf Podcast.
